Albright Management Strategies, LLC is serving as the Owner’s Representative on MCC’s new golf teaching facility project. The project’s scope consists of a new one-story, 1,347-sf building with two hitting bays, lobby vestibule, restrooms and storage area. Each hitting bay will include golf simulation technology for members to improve their golf techniques. Adjacent to this new facility are the club’s tennis and pickleball courts. A new outdoor seating area featuring a wood pergola system and finished concrete areas bordered with brick pavers will provide the members with a relaxing space after their sports activities.

Albright Management Strategies, LLC served as the Owner’s Representative on MCC’s site improvement. The club’s various parking lots throughout its property were redesigned and new security fencing and gates were added.
