serving as the Owner’s Representative on the expansion and renovations
to the existing Zea Rotisserie & Bar in Lafayette, LA.
Ronald McDonald House – Lafayette
Albright Management Strategies is honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative
on the future construction of Ronald McDonald House in Lafayette, Louisiana. The
project will be located on the campus of Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s and
Children’s Hospital at 4600 Ambassador Caffrey Parkway.
Northshore Charter School – A New Campus
Northshore Charter School has engaged Albright Management Strategies for consulting and management services during the preconstruction phase of their new campus. The project is intended to be an educational facility consisting of classrooms for PreK through 12th grade, student dining, administration area, science labs, library, gymnasium and support spaces such as storage rooms, restrooms and IT/electrical rooms.

Metairie Country Club – Outdoor Dining
Albright Management Strategies is serving as the Owner’s Representative on its third
project for Metairie Country Club. This project will provide MCC’s members additional
dining space adjacent to the Raynor and Woodvine Rooms at the main clubhouse. The
construction will complement the existing exterior features and also incorporate a new
bar area where views of the sprawling golf course and majestic sunsets can be enjoyed.
