After a career in the general contracting business, Rachelle Albright decided to leverage her decades of experience, knowledge, and resources to be a representational voice for clients undergoing massive construction projects.
Rachelle spent 21 years with a local general contracting firm, serving as Vice President of Project Management and ultimately CEO. Recognizing the need for a knowledgeable firm to represent the owner’s interests, she founded Albright Management Strategies, LLC., a construction management firm fueled by her vast experience in the coordination of general contractors, architects, and owners. Her knowledge of the construction industry’s processes provides her clients with streamlined management to help traverse the always laborious and often tedious construction process.

As a teen working summers at her father's company,
Rachelle Albright began laying the foundation for what would become a
successful and satisfying career in construction management. After earning
a degree in Civil Engineering and working briefly in the oil industry,
she returned to construction in 1996.
Now, as Owner of Albright Management Strategies, LLC, Rachelle serves as an owner’s representative and construction consultant—she holds over 25 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction services, project management, and executive leadership. Combined with her additional training in negotiation, scheduling, communications, and conflict resolution, her specialized knowledge and skill allow her to work efficiently and productively with owners, general contractors, and architects from a project’s start to its finish.
