As a teen working summers at her father's company,
Rachelle Albright began laying the foundation for what would become a
successful and satisfying career in construction management. After earning
a degree in Civil Engineering and working briefly in the oil industry,
she returned to construction in 1996.
Now, as Owner of Albright Management Strategies, LLC, Rachelle serves as an owner’s representative and construction consultant—she holds over 25 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction services, project management, and executive leadership. Combined with her additional training in negotiation, scheduling, communications, and conflict resolution, her specialized knowledge and skill allow her to work efficiently and productively with owners, general contractors, and architects from a project’s start to its finish.
