Northshore Charter School has engaged Albright Management Strategies for consulting and management services during the preconstruction phase of their new campus. The project is intended to be an educational facility consisting of classrooms for PreK through 12th grade, student dining, administration area, science labs, library, gymnasium and support spaces such as storage rooms, restrooms and IT/electrical rooms. The total gross area included in the Capital Outlay Request is approximately 62,500 sf.
