Albright Management Strategies is honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative on the future construction of Ronald McDonald House in Lafayette, Louisiana. The project will be located on the campus of Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s and Children’s Hospital at 4600 Ambassador Caffrey Parkway. This new 2-story facility is approximately 18,000 sf with an additional 1,100 sf of rooftop garden space. The first floor is comprised of the welcome entrance lobby, business center, guest rooms, offices, dining, communal kitchen & pantry, a children’s and teen playroom, conference room and laundry rooms. The second floor includes 17 guest rooms, family laundry room, seating area and the rooftop garden area. The welcome entrance lobby will also include a 2-story “tree” feature which will provide a light level of play area for visiting children. Site improvements will consist of gathering and play spaces, driveways & sidewalks and landscaping.
