Zea Rotisserie & Bar at Clearview City Center

Albright Management Strategies, LLC has engaged Brewbuds, LLC to serve as their Construction Manager for the construction of their new 7,200-sf restaurant and 1,000-sf outdoor patio dining space, which will be located on Clearview City Center’s site in Metairie, Louisiana. The building exterior’s design elements include metal wall panels, stucco, and brick. Interior spaces will include a dining area, lounge & bar, kitchen, to-go area, office space, and restrooms. Between the dining, lounge & bar, and outdoor patio, this new restaurant will seat 320 patrons. Interior features which will showcase a unique metal drapery screen to create a partial separation from the dining area, pendant lighting fixtures throughout the dining, lounge, and bar areas and a working rotisserie.
