Zea Rotisserie & Bar – Lafayette

Albright Management Strategies, LLC is serving as the Owner’s Representative on the expansion and renovations to the existing Zea Rotisserie & Bar in Lafayette, Louisiana. The existing bar and lounge spaces will be renovated to create a new To-Go space and two private dining rooms. The expansion will encompass the existing sunroom dining area and a portion of the existing parking lot such that the new bar and lounge and another private dining room is incorporated as part of the restaurant’s overall dining experience.
